Being a vital part of the process, your approval is essential. We will revise and refine the deliverables of your project before completing the digital files. You will get up to two rounds of revisions of the chosen concept.
Offboarding
Once your project is completed, you will receive the final files organised and ready to use or to send to the press.

Can we still work together if we are in a different countries?
Yes! You can contact us here. We only need to find a suitable day and time for our online meeting.
When I receive my final files?
After making the final payment, you will receive a link to download your high-resolution files, which can be used digitally. If applicable, instructions on sending the files to the press will be included.
Can I use my own logotype and colours?
Can I use my own font?
Yes! If you already have a font or custom font and the proper license to use it for the project, no problem.
What file types will I receive to send to the press?
You will get a link with the files ready to send to the press. Choose the printer service near your location. If you need the pieces for a specific date, remember to add the service’s timing for printing the material if you want to start promoting your product or service.
Can you deliver the printed files?
We don’t provide printing services. This is something you need to ask your printer service. Ask them if they can deliver it to your door according to your order and how you can track your parcel.
