How long does the process take?
Every project is different. It depends on how many pages and how much content you need, as well as whether you have your copy and brand photography ready and revised. From the commencement date, we can complete the website within two weeks. However a more extensive website project involving more pages will take longer. We will estimate a possible time frame in our proposal after our discovery call.
What information do I need to provide?
We will discuss and share, according to your goals, the copy, photos and information we need before starting the design.
Do I need to have a logotype before starting the web design?
Not necessarily. If you don’t have one, we can add the identity design to the website project before beginning the website.
Can we have a training session on how to edit my website?
I don't have a domain or hosting. Do you provide these services?
Yes. We offer domain registration (subject to availability), reliable hosting, SSL security, email hosting, and a backup service.
How are payments handled?
We accept payments via Revolut, via direct bank deposits and via debit/credit cards using Stripe.
Do you offer a maintenance plan?
To keep your website updated, we offer on-going monthly and yearly services to suit your particular needs and budget, to ensure the health of your website.
